As Regional Vice President for a leading Utility, Commercial, and Industrial Electrical Contractor, I bring more than 43 years of experience and perspective as a third-generation electrician. My career has spanned every level of the industry—from hands-on project execution to executive leadership—providing me with a deep understanding of electrical systems, project delivery, and organizational growth.

One of my proudest career milestones was co-developing the Foreman Leadership Program in 2001, an initiative focused on building leadership skills, enhancing communication, and strengthening team performance in the field. This program continues to evolve today and serves as a cornerstone for developing strong leaders within the company and its subsidiaries.

Over the past seven years, I have served as Project Executive on large-scale and mega-projects across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, I’ve driven the implementation of standardized processes to improve productivity, strengthen project forecasting, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion. These projects often involved significant financial challenges, field productivity constraints, and complex owner/general contractor dynamics, which sharpened my ability to navigate the turbulent realities of construction at the highest level.

Throughout my career, my greatest growth has been in developing people and field leadership, while my greatest strength lies in uniting teams to deliver results in high-pressure environments. I remain committed to advancing industry standards, building leaders for the future, and ensuring lasting value for clients and organizations alike.
